Major Yvonne Rötter

Major Yvonne Rötter is a PsyOps-Staff Officer in the German Cyber and Information Domain. She has had various engagements as an analyst (including mission “Resolute Support”) and as a Staff Officer for multinational cooperation.

She holds a M.A. from the Helmut Schmidt University in Political Science with a specialisation in political systems.

Major Rötter currently serves at the Bundeswehr Centre for Digitalization as the Director of the “Multinational Information Operations Experiment”. Her work focuses on doctrine development and recent issues related to Psychological Operations, Information Operations and Strategic Communications, where she is leading the development of an interagency wargame for StratCom.
