Dr Steve Tatham has a PhD in Target Audience Analysis (TAA), and has written numerous books and papers on TAA led Strategic Communications. He set up, and was the first editor in chief, of the NATO Journal of Strategic Communications.

Tatham has served in almost every UK IO military appointment (regular and reserve). Including Commanding Officer 15 (UK) Psychological Operations Group; Officer Commanding Reserve Information Operations Group; Director Advanced strategic communication research UK MoD and 11 years as the senior IO lecturer at NATO School Oberammergau.

Additionally he has been a communications advisor to Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Japan, Nigeria and Latvia
