Lieutenant Colonel James Chandler is a serving British Army officer who has spent much of the last decade studying and working in information operations.

He has served in the UK with the British Army’s information operations unit, 77th Brigade, and has been Chief of Strategic Communications on Operation Inherent Resolve in Baghdad.

He has a PhD in information operations from King’s College London and now lectures at the UK Defence Academy on information operations in modern conflict.
