Mass Communication 1st Class Isabel Shay Wences

Mass Communication 1st Class (SW) Isabel Shay Wences, a native of Austin, Texas, enlisted in the Navy in June 2017. 

Wences reported to the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) in April 2018, serving for three years and subsequently to Headquarters, Supreme Allied Command Transformation in April 2021. There, she creates digital and tangible graphics products and photographs various events for the command.
