Brandon Chhoeun

Allied Command Transformation

Brandon Chhoeun is a seasoned Graphic Designer and currently serves as the Section Head of Allied Command Transformation's (ACT) Visual Information Section. He holds a Master’s degree in Visual Communication Design from Liberty University. Brandon's professional journey began with his enlistment in the U.S. Army in 2002 as a Multimedia Illustrator, during which he deployed to Iraq in 2003.

After a distinguished eight-year tenure in the U.S. Army, Brandon transitioned to a civilian career with NATO. He excelled in various roles, notably as a video content creator and lead designer for NATO’s first social media training platform for the Joint Warfare Centre. His expertise and leadership skills eventually led him to his current position at Allied Command Transformation.

Brandon is a firm believer in the evolving nature of design, emphasizing that good design continually refines itself in a fast-paced world. His extensive experience in both military and civilian capacities has equipped him with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set, making him a valuable asset in the field of visual communication.

Residing in Virginia, Brandon enjoys a fulfilling life with his wife and three children. In his free time, he passionately watches anime and basketball, embracing his diverse interests.
