Elena Mârzac

Elena Mârzac, MBA, strategic communication and security expert: is the Executive Director of the Information and Documentation Center on NATO in the Republic of Moldova.

More than 15 of experience in project management, communication in governmental, non-governmental and academic environment.

She followed courses at the NATO School in Oberammergau (Germany), NATO College in Rome (Italy) and Swedish Defence University.

Elena’s current PhD research focuses on Strategic Communication in Security in Defence Sector.

Author of different researches and articles related to strategic communication, the role of civil society in security sector, NATO-Republic of Moldova cooperation, WPS, national security resilience etc.
