This year the Excom was able to award two 1000 € scholarships.

The Margaret Haas Scholarship

Was awarded toAsif Hussain Ali (United States) whose qualifications included the following:

• SHAPE HS Graduate
• Honour Roll
• U.S. President’s Award for Educational Excellence
• National Honour Society Treasurer
• Study international economics and law at University of Maryland (at SHAPE)

The Horst Lemke Scholarship

Was awarded to Eva Zarco Lens (Spain) whose qualifications included:

• SHAPE HS Graduate
• Honour Roll
• Green & Gold Outstanding Student Award
• Athletic/Academic Achievement Award
• Attending Univ. of Maastricht in Economics
• Long-term goal to work in an international environment
