Technical Sergeant Jeffrey Hall

Saxophone

Technical Sergeant Jeffrey Hall is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 2000 with a degree in Jazz Studies and in 2002 from Appalachian State University with a Masters in Saxophone performance. He then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 2003 and has served with the Air Force Bands at Langley, Virginia; Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska; and the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado. Technical Sergeant Hall has shared the stage with top tier jazz musicians such as Bob Mintzer, Randy Brecker, Maria Schneider, and Wynonna Judd. He has also been featured during tours in the Atlanta region, Japan, Korea and even remote Native American villages in northern Alaska. Here at the SHAPE International Band, Technical Sergeant Hall plays alto saxophone in and is a rehearsal condutor for the NATO Jazz Orchestra and plays tenor saxophone in Task Force X.
