“This visit to the GCM Centre has been an excellent opportunity to see at first-hand what the Marshall Centre does, and where it can assist our Partner Nations. The briefings we received on security related subjects were extremely educational and I know our military representatives hugely appreciated the efforts by the Centre,” said Lieutenant Colonel Jaroslaw Stefaniak, Team Leader. “The advantage of our Partner Nations Military Representatives understanding what the Centre can provide, gives our nations detailed insight into the security course, educational subjects and force domain topics. This not only supports professional development but allows a better understanding of such topics and an exchange of ideas,” Stefaniak added.
Strategic partnerships and enhancing relationships continue to deliver essential cooperative security measures that underpin projecting stability. Partner Nation seminars are extremely useful and on this occasion provided the opportunity to visit JFC Brunssum and therefore the chance to discuss aspects of deterrence and defence responsibilities of the Joint headquarters, allowing Partner Nation Military Representatives insight in multi-domain operations.
