NORFOLK, Virginia – NATO's newest operational headquarters, Joint Force Command Norfolk, has reached Full Operational Capability (FOC) and will hold a ceremony Thursday, July 15, 2021 to mark the occasion, with special remarks from the U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley and Vice Adm. Andrew Lewis, commander, Joint Force Command Norfolk.
PRESS CONFERENCE: Vice Adm. Lewis will take questions about this important milestone for the Alliance during a Press Conference on 14 July at 14:00 CET/ 08:00 EST.
