SACEUR General Wolters Hosts First Commander's Conference at SHAPE

MONS, Belgium – Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) General Tod D. Wolters hosted Allied Command Operations Commander's Conference at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) from June 11 to 12, 2019.

The conference offered General Wolters the opportunity to meet face to face with commanders across Allied Command Operations (ACO) to discuss current and future operations, training and readiness, and the continued adaptation of the Alliance to an increasingly challenging global security environment.

"With forces deployed on operations, we continue to adapt our formations and train together to improve our readiness and interoperability."

SACEUR's Commanders Conferences provide ACO Commanders the opportunity to share experiences, perspectives, and collaborative intent in order to provide sound military advice for the political leadership of the NATO Alliance.
