Enlisted All Call

Allied Command Operations Command Senior Enlisted Leader recently held an all hands call at Joint Force Command Brunssum.  The all hands call conceded with the Supreme Allied Commander Europe’s Commander’s Conference and included a question and answer panel with CSELs from all the ACO commands.

 

"This was a great opportunity to engage with our non-commissioned officers and discuss a multitude of topics about the present and future of the NATO NCO Corps,” said Command Sergeant Major Davor Petek, ACO CSEL. "NCOs serving at JFC Brunssum are doing a tremendous job and their dedication and the difference they’re making is clearly visible across the command.”

 

CSELs play an advisory role to their commanders and staff elements, helping to guide and shape the enlisted force through all aspects of the command processes.
