ACO CSEL MEETS WITH INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS AND LEADERS

FRANKFURT, Germany and BALATON, Hungary – Allied Command Operations (ACO) Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Siim Saliste visited with students at the Inter-European Air Forces Academy in Germany and Senior Enlisted Leaders at the 9th Hungarian NCO international week from November 8 to 10, 2021.

CSM Saliste began his trip with a visit to the Inter-European Air Forces Academy (IEAFA) where he had the opportunity to speak with students about his leadership experiences throughout his career.

"Over the past two years, I have been meeting with students at IEAFA virtually," said CSM Slim Saliste. "I was extremely happy to meet with the hardworking staff and international students in person. They are learning and working towards team building, which is the greatest strength in the Alliance."

CSM Saliste joined CSELs from around NATO at the 9th Hungarian international week. During the event, senior leaders were able to learn from and teach each other different ways of thinking and leading.

"I joined my team to speak during the Hungarian NCO international week," said CSM Slim Saliste. "We discussed the importance of the Hungarian NCO corps within the Alliance and looking towards future goals."
