Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) is pleased to introduce its internship programme and to offer current and recent students the opportunity to gain work experience within SHAPE international community at Mons, Belgium. The SHAPE Internship Programme (SIP) is part of the Supreme Allied Commander Europe's (SACEUR) larger campaign to elevate and improve SHAPE's and Allied Command Operations' (ACO) visibility.

Through its internship programme, SHAPE aims at introducing young candidates from different backgrounds into various areas of the organisation. The SHAPE Internship Programme (SIP) welcomes 35 interns per year.

The internship programme is beneficial both to the interns and to SHAPE. The interns become familiar with an international organisation while substantiating their CV and the Divisions/Offices of SHAPE benefit from additional workforce over a set period of time.
