President Poroshenko spoke of the benefits of learning how military business is performed by other NATO nations through training and how those nations are in turn learning from Ukraine, for example in dealing with hybrid warfare from their struggles with Russia. Moving towards increased interoperability and cross-nation capabilities, Ukraine is looking to reform its military with both improved structure but also in a way that is interoperable with how NATO conducts operations. Ukraine is grateful for all the international community efforts and assistance.
